# Create a Proposal in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)

As you work on your enterprise quote, create a proposal to send to the customer for approval before you create an order. Use the Vlocity Document Template to create an manage your proposal templates.

After you have updated the templates as per your requirements, use these templates to generate proposals from Enterprise Sales Management.

1. In the App Launcher, go to All Items and click **Vlocity Document Template**.
    
    The following templates are available:
    
    - B2BExpressProposalGroupDetailed
    - B2BExpressProposalGroupSummary
    - B2BExpressProposalMemberDetailed
    - B2BExpressProposalMemberSummary
2. Click each template in turn, and then click **Download Word** to download the template.
3. Edit each template as required.
4. To upload the revised template, go to the template details page, and click **Create New Version**.
5. Click **Replace File** and select the file that you want to upload.
6. Click **Activate** to activate the updated template.
7. To use a different template for your proposals, update the TemplateConfigData Integration Procedure.
    1. Go to the App Launcher and enter Integration.
    2. Click **Integration Procedures**.
    3. Expand **b2bExpress/TemplateConfigData** and click the active Integration Procedure.
    4. To edit the Integration Procedure, click **Deactivate Version**, or to create a new version of the Integration Procedure, click **Create Version**.
    5. Click the **TemplateConfigDataSource** element.
    6. Click **Edit as JSON**.
    7. In the `TemplateConfigDataSource` node in the JSON, for each template, update the value of the `VlocityDocumentTemplate` key as required.
    8. Click **Save**.
    9. Click **Activate Version** to activate the updated Integration Procedure.
8. Generate a proposal from an enterprise quote:
    1. On the enterprise quote page, from the overflow menu at the top, select **Create Proposal**.
    2. Select if you want to generate a summary proposal or a detailed proposal.
    3. Select if you want the proposal to be aggregated by members or groups. Click **Next**.
    4. Download the document to view it.
    5. When you are done, click **Done**.
