# Conflict of attributes

If an attribute value was updated in fulfillment (for example, by an external integrator), and then the relevant order is superseded by a supplemental order, there might be a conflict between the updated value and the one in the supplemental order.

By default, Order management uses the value that was updated during fulfillment. When this happens, the Decomposition View of the supplemental order shows an indication that the value was updated.

![An item showing an icon that indicates that an attribute has been changed during fulfillment.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-order_management-264-0-0-production-enus/c2040b01-aade-4ba7-8a7d-d7cd745d5c8c/order_management/images/om_attr_value_update.png)

You can override this default behavior, and set an attribute value to be overridden by a supplemental order, even if it was previously changed during fulfillment. Do so from the **Fulfillment Behavior** field on the product page. See [Allow a Supplemental Order to Override a Change to an Attribute](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_t_allow_a_supplemental_order_to_override_a_change_to_an_attribute_234362.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "When an attribute's value is changed by a fulfillment operation (for example, by an external integrator), Order Management maintains that new attribute value, even if a later supplemental order calls for a different value. You can change that default behavior.")
