Configure Organization-Wide Email Addresses for Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)

Define and manage organization-wide addresses. The organization-wide email address is used by Multiplay Subscription Management when sending emails to users. For example, the email that allows users to set their passwords uses the email address that you specify here as the From address.

1. From Setup, enter Organization-Wide Addresses in the Quick Find box, then select Organization-Wide Addresses.
2. Click Add next to User Selectable Organization-Wide Email Addresses.
3. Enter a display name.
4. Enter an email address.
5. Click Save.
6. Salesforce sends you a verification email.
7. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the email that Salesforce sends to you.
8. In the App Launcher, go to All Items and click OmniStudio Integration Procedures.
9. Click SFI-SendResetPasswordLinkIP.
10. Click Create Version.
11. Under Structure, click all email action components. For example, in SFI-SendResetPasswordLinkIP, the email action component is SendPasswordRestLink.
12. In Org Wide Email Address, enter the display name that you specified earlier and click Save.
13. Activate the new version of the integration procedure.
14. Repeat these steps for the following integration procedures:

    • SFI-ChangeNumberEmailNotification

    • SFI-SendEmailBarUnBarDevice

    • SFI-SendSuspendResumeEmail

    • SFI-SendWelcomeEmail
