View orchestration items that are on hold on the On-Hold Orchestration Items tab. This tab is available by default in out-of-the-box (OOTB) System Instance Objects, such as System Instance and HTTP System Instance. In addition, you can configure this tab in Custom System Instances.
- Go to Vlocity OM Plus Administration.
- In System Setting, on the object types tree tab, select Custom System Instance Object Type.
- Edit the parameters. In the UI field, enter 4412964684869682182 as the DB ID.
- Save your changes.
