# CME Installation

This guide includes instructions for preparing to install and installing ​Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy (CME) in your org for the current release. It also includes post-installation steps for CME, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Order Management.

Important Do not install the Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities (CME) managed package if the OmniStudio managed package is already installed. Having both packages installed results in duplicate components.If your org already has the OmniStudio package installed and you want to install CME, contact Salesforce support for help.
