Predict your subscribers’ churn with customer subscription data. You can consume the external subscription data to generate training or scoring datasets and then use these datasets to predict subscriber churn.

    We considered some recommendations from TM Forum for the churn model. Some recommended factors are relevant to subscriber churn:
- **[Prepare Your External Data for Subscriber Churn Model](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_prepare_your_external_data.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    To make sure that the factors in the churn model have the latest data, the service provider must update this data from the Billing and Rating system regularly (daily).
- **[Install the Churn Prediction Einstein Discovery Templates](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_install_the_churn_prediction_einstein_discovery_templates.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    By using the churn-prediction app templates, you can sync external communications data and then consume the data to generate training or scoring datasets and predict churn.
