# Set Up the Vlocity Pricing Designer

Perform the following steps to ensure the Pricing Designer displays the correct page layouts and compact layouts.

1. Assign a Page Layout to the profile and record type:
    
    - Click Setup.
    - Click Object Manager.
    - In the **Quick Find** box, search for the **Pricing Plan** object.
    - Click Page Layouts.
    - Click the Page Layout Assignments button in the upper right corner.
    - Click Edit Assignment.
    - Select System Administrator.
    - Go back to the top and set **Page Layout To Use** to Vlocity EPC Pricing Plan Layout.
    - Click Save.
    - Repeat the previous steps, but instead of using the Pricing Plan object, repeat the steps to assign Lightning Record pages for these remaining objects:

2. Rename the **Promotion** tab:
    
    - Click Setup.
    - In the **Quick Find** box, type Rename Tabs and Labels.
    - Click Rename Tabs and Labels.
    - In the **Custom Tabs** section, beside **Promotions**, click Edit.
    - Change the value of **Plural** to Promotions/Discounts.
    - Click Save.
