# Running Report Jobs

To design commercial and technical catalog products that comply with TM Forum standards, you should configure offers and specifications according to the Offer Spec Realization feature introduced in CME Winter ’20. This feature contains product configurations to ensure catalog entities are correctly structured.

To run Offer Spec Maintenance report jobs:

1. Click the **All Tabs** button ![All Tabs button in Salesforce Classic.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-comms_media_energy_managed-264-0-0-production-enus/ff4079f6-a384-475c-b863-578bbbb0ef9b/resources-product/images/salesforce_alltabsbutton.jpg), or click the App Launcher ![App Launcher button in Lightning Experience.](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-comms_media_energy_managed-264-0-0-production-enus/ff4079f6-a384-475c-b863-578bbbb0ef9b/resources-product/images/salesforce_applauncher.jpg) and then click the **Vlocity CME Admin** app.
2. Click Vlocity CMT Administration.
3. Under Admin Console, click Report Jobs.
4. Next to the Report job that you want to run, click Start.

- **[Audit Product Structure](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_audit_product_structure.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    To determine whether your offers are properly configured and comply with TM Forum standards, you can run the Audit Product Structure job. This job produces a report that lists commercial products that have embedded products with mismatched Specification Type values. The job emails a report to your account. Use this report to correct or update existing commercial products.
- **[Pre-Import Validate VersioningDate](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_pre_import_validate_versioningdate.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**  
    Used before importing products from other orgs, this report checks that the product data to be imported has valid versioning dates. The global keys must be the same across the two orgs. It validates each product version’s date range against dates on line items in the org. It then sends an email with a list of products to be imported whose versioning dates are invalid.
