The licenses for DRO setup in the CME managed package.
Required Editions

Note Contact your Account team and Salesforce admin to get the necessary licenses and turn on
permissions for your organization.
Detailed list of required licenses:
- Enable Permissions for Context Service Users
- Revenue Lifecycle Management Add-on: The RevenueLifeCycleManagementAddon includes the DRO license.
- Clone the Submit Transactions and Fulfillment User and
Submit Transactions User permission set to create a specialized
permission set for fulfillment operations.
- Within these sets, go to Custom Object Permissions and grant full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, and Delete) access to the Fulfillment Request and Fulfillment Request Line managed package entities.
- After configured, assign these managed package-specific permission sets to the appropriate users to make sure that they have the necessary authorizations to manage fulfillment records.
