If you are new to CME and have recently installed the Summer '23 release, follow these necessary manual configuration steps to set up and customize CME.

After you have installed the applications package, you must perform the following steps.

    - From Setup, in the **Quick Find** box, enter Platform Cache.
    - Click **Platform Cache**.
    - Beside CPQPartition, click **Edit**.
    - In the **Org Cache Allocation** section, set the **Organization** cache to 2.
    - Click Save.

For details, see [Configuring CPQ Platform Cache](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_configuring_cpq_platform_cache.htm&language=en_US).
2. For orgs that use OmniStudio standard objects, enable legacy OmniScripts and Cards. For information on OmniStudio standard objects and identifying which version of OmniStudio your org uses, see [Differences Between Omnistudio and Omnistudio for Managed Packages](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=xcloud.os_differences_between_omnistudio_and_omnistudio_for_vlocity.htm&language=en_US).

    - From Setup, in the **Quick Find** box, enter Omni Interaction Configuration.
    - Click **Omni Interaction Configuration**.
    - Click **New Omni Interaction Configuration**.
    - In the Label field, enter EnableLegacyOmniScriptDesignerForLWC.
    - In the Value field, enter true.
    - Click **Save**.
    - Repeat steps c to f to create another Omni Interaction Configuration called ShowLegacyOmniStudioUi with a value of true.
3. Install cards and templates:
