CME 258.10.900.622.4
This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, Industries Order Management, and Omnistudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch to apply the fixes.
| Product Area | Issue | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Industries Order Management | Decomposition of orders with complex product structures, where a parent is marked for deletion and multiple children need reassigning, fails with a "List index out of bounds" exception. | This issue is now fixed. Orders submit successfully even when complex product setups require child assets to be moved to a valid parent. |
CME 258.9.900.622.2
This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, Industries CPQ, and Industries Order Management to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch to apply the fixes.
| Product Area | Issue | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Industries CPQ | This issue occurred because the "Submit Order" button disappeared from the cart UI when users switched between multiple Salesforce tabs after the Winter '26 upgrade. The cart state varied across different browser tabs. The internal communication events were failing so the Submit button was not getting refreshed. This failure blocked users from submitting orders. | The final fix involved adding a specific code that forces the system to signal an update right after it gets the cart details. This action refreshes the cart page components (LWCs). It ensures that the system checks the most up-to-date cart information to decide if the "Submit Order" button is visible. This implementation works for both a fresh API call or the browser cache, resolving the synchronization failure and making the "Submit Order" button consistently visible across multiple browser tabs. |
| Industries CPQ | A promotion that adds items to a bundle incorrectly erases the bundle's original settings (base overrides) and replaces them with the promotion's settings. The system's service saves the base settings, then immediately deletes and overwrites them when applying the promotion settings. | The system now merges the bundle's original settings (base overrides) with the promotion's new settings when adding items, preventing overwriting. We added a new, specific test case to our quality checks to detect and prevent this exact problem from recurring. |
| Industries Order Management | Decomposition fails with an “Attempt to de-reference a null object" error when using hierarchical technical product setups and running a push event with Smart Freeze enabled. | This issue is now solved as all product specifications missing from the cache are now explicitly loaded before decomposition. To enable this fix, set the ShouldCheckCachedSpecHierarchy custom setting in XOMSetup to true. |
CME 258.8.900.622
This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, and Enterprise Sales Management to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch to apply the fixes.
| Product Area | Issue | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise Sales Management | A display issue in the Summary tab of Enterprise Sales Management cart caused prices to appear misaligned when promotions were associated with products. The misalignment resulted from pricing information being displayed incorrectly on the Summary tab. | Fixed the display issue in the Summary tab. When a promotion is associated with a product, the promotion row and all child product prices now display in the correct alignment. |
CME 258.7.900.621
This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, and Industries CPQ - DC APIs to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch to apply the fixes.
| Product Area | Issue | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Industries CPQ - DC APIs | The legacy Digital Commerce (DC) API has the Attribute-Based Pricing (ABP) rules, which return stale, cached prices for child products. This occurred only when the product had a Time Policy configured, which caused incorrect pricing eligibility dates to be stored in the API cache. | A fix has been implemented by retaining the DCTimePlanEligibility flag enabled, to rectify the date calculation logic. |
| Industries CPQ - DC APIs | The deleteBasket API failed on its second execution with a “BasketWrapper or BasketConfiguration isn't present in the input" error. The system failed on the second delete attempt because incorrect pricing dates (from the product's time policy) made it send an empty basket to the delete service. | The code has been updated to correctly handle this cache scenario, verifying the delete service receives the valid cached data instead of null. To activate this fix, retain the DCTimePlanEligibility flag in enabled status. If you are facing any issues, set CPQ Config Setting DCTimePlanEligibility as False to disable this patch fix. |
CME 258.6.900.620
This patch contains fixes to and Omnistudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch to apply the fixes.
CME 258.5.900.619
This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, TMF Open APIs, Enterprise Sales Management, Industries CPQ, Industries Order Management, and Omnistudio to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch to apply the fixes.
| Product Area | Issue | Description |
|---|---|---|
| TMF Open APIs | In the current TMF620 Get API, both base and overridden attributes are returned for a product. As per EPC design, overridden attributes from bundles are added to the base product’s attribute list, causing the response to include all such attributes. When a product is part of multiple bundles, this leads to an inflated attribute list, resulting in performance degradation and potential response failures. | This update ensures efficient and consistent responses aligned with EPC attribute management principles. TMF620 Get API now retrieves attributes more accurately and efficiently. By default, it still returns full product definitions with overridden attributes. However, a new option allows fetching only non-overridden (base) attributes for base products. Overridden attributes are now also correctly limited to their specific bundle context. This update aligns with EPC attribute management for consistent responses. See Product Offering Use Cases: Get by ID and Product Specification Use Cases: Get by ID. |
| Enterprise Sales Management | A bug in multilingual translation caused the PutItemsAttributes API to fail with a data type mismatch error. The error occurred when the system confused a number attribute with a text attribute of the same value, for example, 5 and "5", incorrectly sending the number as a text data type. | This fix ensures that the caching logic properly distinguishes between numbers and text with the same value, and prevents the error. |
| Industries CPQ | After the Winter ‘26 upgrade, it was observed that custom fields such as KCOM_ChargeType__c which is defined in the dc_basket_fs field set were no longer appearing in the Adjustments node of the classic Digital Commerce API response. This issue was traced during a performance improvement change that inadvertently prevented the correct discovery of custom field sets. | Activate this fix by implementing the CpqAppHandlerHookImplementation2 hook and then add your specific custom fields to its configuration. This new CpqAppHandlerHookImplementation2 hook pre-loads the correct field set data into the cache with every basket API call. This ensures the system finds a cache hit, bypasses the flawed logic, and includes all custom fields in the API response. |
| Industries Order Management | Cancel order submission fails with an Attempt to de-reference a null object error if the order’s orchestration scenario is configured for both Add and Disconnect actions, but the scenario’s conditions evaluate to FALSE for the supplemental order. | The fix resolves the orchestration scenario error, preventing order cancellations from failing. |
| Industries Order Management | After upgrading to version 258, users in the English (United Kingdom) locale see an Invalid Date value on the Order Decomposition page for the date and datetime attributes in order line items. | This fix shows date and datetime attribute values in the user's locale format. |
| Industries Order Management | When users create and then cancel a base order within the same order, they encounter an Attempt to de-reference a null object error in the Apex logs. | With this fix, users can create and then cancel a base order within the same order without encountering the error in the Apex logs. |
