CME 260.14.900.635.2

This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, and Enterprise Sales Management to ensure features work correctly.

Product Area Issue Description
Enterprise Sales Management Enterprise Sales Management lacked Invocable Actions for Flows and Agentforce. Sales reps couldn't automate Quote Members, product assignments, or asset conversions. The cart had limits on locations and root products per location. Errors weren't visible at Quote and line-item levels. Async operations had no visual feedback. Notification navigation was inefficient. We added APIs to create quote members, bulk-assign products, and convert assets to quotes. Users update attributes across 2,500 locations simultaneously. Pagination handles 30,000+ records. UI loaders prevent data conflicts. Error tracking displays issues at quote and line-item levels.

CME 260.9.900.634

This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, and Document Generation to ensure features work correctly.

Product Area Issue Description
Document Generation Document generation from client-side DOCX Omniscripts became unresponsive in Chrome after recent browser updates. The document preview interface remained in an infinite loading state, DOCX generation or PDF conversion didn’t start, no error messages appeared in the browser console, and the DOCX generation process stopped before completion. This patch resolves the issue by correcting how file type information is processed during document generation. Document generation now completes successfully and the preview loads as expected.

CME 260.8.900.633

This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, Industries Order Management, and Omnistudio to ensure features work correctly.

Product Area Issue Description
Industries Order Management When you submit an order asynchronously in Queueing mode and it doesn't generate orchestration items, the order status incorrectly reverts from Activated to In Progress or Draft. The fix keeps the order status as Activated even when no orchestration items are generated.

CME 260.7.1.900.632

CME 260.7.900.631

This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, Industries CPQ, and Enterprise Sales Management to ensure features work correctly.

Product Area Issue Description
Enterprise Sales Management Users couldn't expand nested product levels because chevrons were missing when level-based approach was active. Additionally, virtual child products didn't appear under virtual parents. Now, chevrons appear correctly when level-based approach is active, and virtual child products render as expected under virtual parents.
Industries CPQ When a discount ‌applies to the cart, it uses the promotion data model to apply the prices. This implementation triggers the promotion application step in the pricing engine, which considers all price list entries related to the products in the cart. The product has a price override, which applies the price incorrectly, causing the issue. Update the promotion application step to evaluate only promotional pricing by filtering for price list entries directly associated with the promotion.

CME 260.6.2.900.630

This patch contains fixes to Communications, Media, and Energy & Utilities, and Industries CPQ to ensure features work correctly. Install this patch to apply the fixes.

Product Area Issue Description
Industries CPQ Assetization (Asset-to-Order) fails for accounts with legacy assets that have a null vlocity_cmt__LineNumber__c. The root cause is a missing null check in the AssetListService.getMaxAssetLineNumber() method during an Integer.valueOf() conversion. This exception breaks the execution chain for both CPQ logic and Order Management orchestration items. The AssetListService.getMaxAssetLineNumber() method now implements a null-safe check to handle legacy data. The method filters out assets with missing line numbers during the query, avoiding sequence calculation failures during the MACD process.
