# Operate DRO Alongside OM and OM+

Managing technical inventory in common entities: Both the standard Order Management (OM) and the DRO system have the shared entity location for the technical inventory items. This location is an object called vlocity\_cmt\_\_InventoryItem\_\_c. In OM Plus, the system stores the entity externally.
