After installation, the CME managed package adds permission sets for the Communications, Media, and Energy verticals to your org. Some of these permission sets map to permission set licenses. For each license that you purhcased, grant your users the equivalent permission set. This allows your users to access various applications and features. You can only use permission sets for which you own the equivalent permission set license.
