To use the Industries CPQ flows as an agent action, add specific instructions to invoke the agent action associated with the flows. When you call flows as Agentforce actions, Agentforce can interact with CPQ data and perform actions in CPQ. These actions can use CPQ flows to retrieve offers for an asset, replace offers in a cart, and delete or disconnect a cart item.
