# Install IDX

To deploy the Industries CPQ in LWC, you must first install and configure IDX Workbench for a new repository.

1. Download and install the current version of [IDX Workbench](http://vlocity.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/electron/index.html), following the steps in
2. Create an empty folder (such as IDX workbench) on your computer.
3. In your project folder (such as IDX workbench), create a folder called vlocity.
    
    The folder must be named vlocity, or the Fetch Datapacks doesn't work in [Migrate the Datapacks into Salesforce Org](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_migrate_the_datapacks_into_salesforce_org_2.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "For the third step to deploy the Industries CPQ in LWC, migrate the Industries CPQ files. This procedure converts the resources to FlexCards and uploads them to your Salesforce org.").
4. Under Repository, click New Repository and select the folder you created.

6. In the Configure Workspace dialog, click **New Repository** from the **Repository** list.

7. In the New Repository dialog, click **Choose** and select the folder you created.
    
    **Name** is automatically set to the folder name, but you can modify it.

8. Click **Save**.
    
    The repository for your IDX workspace is set to the new folder.
9. Close the Configure Workspace dialog, or click **Cancel**. Select this new repository and set a new target and project in [Migrate the Datapacks into Salesforce Org](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.comms_migrate_the_datapacks_into_salesforce_org_2.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "For the third step to deploy the Industries CPQ in LWC, migrate the Industries CPQ files.
