# Hide Tabs in Product Designer

The String Translation tab shouldn't appear in the Vlocity Product Designer. If you see the String Translation tab, you need to hide the tab.

1. Click **Setup**.
2. In the Quick Find field, type profiles.
3. Click the profile you wish to edit. Click **Edit**.
4. Click Object Settings.set the **String Translations** as **Tab Hidden**.
5. Locate and click **String Translations**.
6. Click **Edit**.
7. Change Tab Settings to **Tab Hidden**.
8. Click **Save**.
