preconfigured flows to capture quotes and orders. Admins and developers can directly invoke
Industries CPQ invocable actions in a flow. These flows can be used to retrieve offers for an
asset, replace offers in a cart, and delete or disconnect a cart item.

- Get Offers for Asset Flow
Use this flow to get a list of offers that are eligible for an asset based on specified inputs. This flow invokes Get Offers for Asset invocable actions to retrieve available upgrade or replacement offers for an existing asset in a cart, quote, or an order. For example, a sales rep can use this flow to replace one offer at a time on a broadband plan. This flow retrieves a list of offers for a customer who wants to know all the offers available to replace.
- Replace Offer in Cart Flow
Use this flow to replace an existing offer in a cart containing a single valid offer with a corresponding single offer based on specified inputs. The existing offer is disconnected and a new offer is added to the cart. This flow invokes CpqCartReplaceOfferInvocable (Replace Offer in Cart) invocable actions to replace offer in a cart. For example, your existing customer wants to upgrade their limited phone plan to a new plan with unlimited data, text, and talk time. As a sales rep, you want to ensure that their existing phone service isn't interrupted and that their phone number remains the same. With this flow, you can move this customer to an unlimited plan, guaranteeing ‌continuity of service and retaining the same mobile number and email address.
- Delete or Disconnect Line Item from Cart Flow
Use this flow to delete a line item from a quote or an order based on specified inputs. Also, the flow disconnects an existing asset item from a quote or an order. For example, a sales rep can use this action to discontinue the internet package service for a customer.
