# Enable Rapid Attribute Configuration for Industries CPQ Cart in LWC

The rapid attribute configuration feature reduces the number of API calls when assigning attributes to products in the cart. With this feature, you can update multiple attributes and when you're done, run repricing and validation API calls by clicking **Update Cart**.

Note The Update Cart button is a default feature controlled by the **saveAttributesOnly** checkbox in the FlexiPage settings.

The **Update Cart** button appears only after you modify a product attribute. Once the system completes the update, the button disappears.

In previous releases, if you changed an attribute, the following APIs were run:

- `putItemAttributes` (when product or configuration rules were enabled on attribute values)
- `putCartsItems`
- `getCartLineItemPrices`
- `getCarts`

When you enable this feature, if you change an attribute, only the `putCartsItems` API is run. Once you're done with your changes, click **Update Cart** to reprice the cart. Clicking the button runs the following APIs:

- `putCartsItems`
- `getCartLineItemPrices`
- `getCarts`

Enable this feature by editing the Lightning page of the Cart in LWC.

1. Open the Cart in LWC.
2. Click ![Setting Icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-comms_media_energy_managed-264-0-0-production-enus/ff4079f6-a384-475c-b863-578bbbb0ef9b/comms_media_energy_managed/images/gear_1.png) and then **Edit Page**.
3. Click the empty component above the order, opportunity, or quote section.
4. Select the **saveAttributesOnly** checkbox.
5. Click **Save**.
6. Repeat these steps for other types of records. For example, if you opened the Industries CPQ Cart in LWC from an order, then repeat these steps for an opportunity and a quote too.

When updating attributes in the cart, you'll see the **Update Cart** button.
