# Enable Communications Service Console

To access the Communications Service Console features, you must enable Service Console. The Service Console equips you with connected and intelligent service experiences by delivering an integrated suite of service innovations.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Communications Cloud and select **Services Setup**.
2. Turn on Enable Service Console.
