# Customize Flows by Using Agentforce Assets

Add, update, or remove certain steps in the out-of-the-box flow to suit your business needs. Customize the flow by using Agentforce assets.

### Required Editions

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Assets and select it.
2. From the Actions tab, open the flow that you want to customize.

    Note You can customize the Get Account Details and Create Billing Dispute Case flows.
3. To open the flow in flow builder, click ![Open flow in flow builder](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-communications-264-0-0-production-enus/444efb86-ea1e-477e-afbc-56eaac192eaf/communications/images/open_flow_in_flow_builder_icon.png).
4. To override an existing flow and create a flow, click **Save as New Flow**.
5. Enter the flow label and API name.
6. Save your changes.
7. Make changes to individual components as needed.
8. Save and activate your flow.
