Create an Enterprise Order Directly in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)

Skip creating a quote and create an enterprise order that has all the necessary technical information directly.

This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

Ensure that the account that you want to work with has the "Active" status and the Active flag is set to Yes. Otherwise, you won't be able to view the products for this account.

Note When you create an enterprise order directly, you can't apply discounts.

1. From the Accounts tab, open the account that you want to create an enterprise order for.
2. Click Create Enterprise Order.
3. Enter a name for the order.
4. Select a price list.
5. Click Next.
