cpq-promotions-list (layout)

The cpq-promotions-list layout renders the Promotions list in Industries Cart.

In ​Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy Summer '18 and later releases, localeCode is passed as a parameter to the data source for multi-language support.
