Issue

Attribute picklist values show in the wrong order after updating a product.

Cause

The AttributeValueDisplaySortMode setting controls the display order. When set to ID, values appear in record ID order.

Resolution

  1. Go to CPQ Configuration Setup in CMT Administration.
  2. Change AttributeValueDisplaySortMode to DISPLAYSEQUENCE.
  3. Run the EPC maintenance jobs to show picklist values in the configured sequence.
