Make sure that your org admin has [set up the required prerequisites](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.collections_setup_insights_account_page.htm&language=en_US) so that you can view the Collections metrics and linked collection plans on account record pages.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Collections**.
2. To view the key Collections metrics and all the collection plans linked to an account, go to Accounts, and open an account record details page.

View key Collections metrics, such as total initial and current due amounts, payments received, and average days past due. However, the aggregate function doesn't support multicurrency conversions. The total values are calculated by using only the numerical values, and are displayed in your org’s default currency.
