Update Job Lists

After you create an event-driven activity, you can manually add the job list to scheduled visits. If no scheduled visits exist, you can use the job lists to plan and to create future visits.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
User Permissions Needed
To update job lists:

CGCloud Supervisor

OR

CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin

OR

CGCloud Retail Supervisor User AND CGCloud Retail User
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Activities, and then select an activity.
  2. Click Update Job List.
