# Review Tour Visits

View customer location details with the route and traffic information on the map for visits of the tour.

### Required Editions

You must have a tour with at least one delivery visit that isn’t Canceled or Abandoned.

1. To view the list of all associated visits for the tour with the visit location on the map, tap **View Visits** on the Your Visits card.
    
    The app shows visit details such as customer name and address of the store, visit time, number of delivery documents or orders, and the location pin for each visit.
2. To view the store address and location on the map along with the distance from the driver’s current location, tap ![Visit Location Icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/retail_map_visits.png).
3. To view a route for the tour, tap ![Tour Route Icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/retail_map_route.png).
4. To view traffic information during the visit, tap ![Traffic Icon](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/retail_map_traffic.png).

The app shows only the visits of the type Delivery that aren’t in the Canceled or Abandoned status.
