Make sure that the tour has at least one product check-in document that isn’t Released or Canceled and the product check-in has started.

Look at these considerations when you release an inventory check-in document:

  • The number of signatures (driver and checker) required is depending on the signature workflow configured by the admin.
  • The app recalculates the summary of an inventory check-in document each time there’s a change in the product quantities or Unit of Measure (UoM).
  1. On the Tour Cockpit, locate the End Tour Activities card and tap Check in products .
  2. On the Inventory Overview page, tap a check-in document.
  3. Tap Summary.
  4. Validate or select a different warehouse if applicable.
  5. Review the Inventory Details (expected return, actual return, left on vehicle (LoV), difference quantity) for each inventory type (sellable and damaged) and Inventory Value Details (Amount Return and Currency).
  6. Tap Sign now.
  7. Add your signature and get your warehouse checker’s signature.
  8. Tap Confirm and then tap Release.

The document’s status changes to Released. Inventory and withdrawal inventory transactions are created for the products depending on the inventory configuration settings by the admin in the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.
