# Review and Manage Orders

On the Orders card, you can review and track the list of existing van sales orders for the visit.

### Required Editions

You must have at least one tour with a visit in progress.

1. On the Driver Cockpit, select a tour.
2. On the Tour Cockpit, select a visit.
    
    On the Orders card, you can view the recent orders related to the tour with order details such as status, delivery date, order template, and order value.
3. To place an order, tap **Open** from the context menu for the order. Alternatively, you can directly tap on the order.
4. To cancel an order, tap **Cancel** from the context menu for the order.
5. To delete a draft order, tap **Delete** from the context menu for the order.
6. To create a copy of an order, tap **Copy** from the context menu for the order.
7. To create an order, tap **Create New Order**.
    
    The Create New Order button is shown only when the visit is in progress.
8. To view the list of all orders associated with the tour, tap **All Orders**.
    
    The Order Overview page shows a list of all orders for the customer, including canceled and completed orders. The duration of orders (in days) is based on the sync configuration done by the admin.
9. To view the order details such as order items, notes, and order header, tap an order. Alternatively, you can tap **Open** from the context menu of an order.
10. Modify the order item quantities if necessary.
