# Sync Your Data Manually

Your device gets auto-synced with Salesforce either after you complete a visit or per a specified schedule. But if necessary, you can manually sync your device.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience in <strong>Professional</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and <strong>Enterprise</strong> Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. Tap ![Sync card](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_offline_app_sync_card.png).
2. To initiate the sync, tap ![Sync](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_off_app_sync.png) or ![First sync of the day](https://sf-zdocs-cdn-prod.zoominsoftware.com/tdta-ind-consumer_goods_retail_user-264-0-0-production-enus/c29c1565-468d-4bd8-b719-36effa83e44b/consumer_goods_retail_user/images/cg_offline_app_first_sync.png).
    
    When the sync is completed, the date and time of the last sync gets updated.

To see user notifications, from the User Cockpit, click **Refresh**.
