Here are a few things to consider while answering the questions in a Store Check.

- Answer all the required questions.
- Questions in the questionnaire can be of different answer (data) types, such as boolean, toggle (for picklist), date, decimal, or string.
- Questions are grouped by activities that are valid during the visit. Identify if the activity is related to a promotion by using the activity description. For example, Activity Description | Promotion Slogan | Validity of Promo.
- Admins can prepopulate historical answers by using the Presetting and Save Presetting settings in the job definition template for you to complete the store check efficiently and productively by reducing the number of clicks. You can review and edit the prepopulated responses only in case of deviations. See [Create a Job Definition Template](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.cg_task_admin_create_job_definition_template.htm&type=5&language=en_US).
- Questions for individual Point of Sale (POS) are rendered in their respective tabs after the Store tab.
- If some questions have follow-up questions or subquestions, find and answer them. Visual cues and indentation make these easy to spot.

To conduct a store check:

1. In the Consumer Goods offline mobile app, from the Store Cockpit, tap **Store Check** on the Your Activity for Today card.
2. Answer all the mandatory questions.

When you answer a question, the question is automatically marked as done.
3. To add questions that aren't listed in Store Check, on the Store page, expand the context menu and tap **Add Questions**.
4. To provide more feedback on a question, take or upload pictures.
    1. To take pictures directly by using the device's camera, tap the camera icon for the question.
    2. Upload photos from the picture gallery of the device. Long press the camera icon and tap **Select Picture** from Gallery. When this option is selected, it leads to the device's gallery. Once the pictures are uploaded, the count of uploaded pictures is seen against the camera icon.
    3. To review the uploaded pictures that are added to the question, long press the camera icon and tap **Review Pictures**.
5. To save the preset answers for questions, tap **Done** for questions.

The preset answers for questions are autopopulated based on the settings configured by the admin in the job definition template.
6. Tap **back** to go to Store Cockpit.
