# Create Trip Lists

Create a predefined sequence of customers from the weekly view of the calendar.

### Required Editions

1. In the weekly view, tap the menu, and then select **Create Trip List**.
2. Enter a description.
3. Select a trip list type.
4. Enter the validity period of the trip list.
5. If the trip list type is Daily Schedule, edit the Day field.
6. Save your settings.
    
    The system creates the trip list record with these customer assignments:

    Note The system considers only the visits for planning whose status is either Planned or Completed. If you didn't create any visits for the selected week or day, then customer assignments aren't available for a trip list.
    
    - For Type Weekly: The system assigns all customers to the visit for the selected calendar week in the specified sequence and day.
    - For Type Daily: The system assigns all customers to the visit for the selected calendar day in the specified sequence.
