# Complete Tasks

As a sales rep, you can complete a task only if the workflow assigned to your task allows you to do so. Either you or your team members can complete the tasks.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience in <strong>Professional</strong>, <strong>Enterprise</strong>, and <strong>Unlimited</strong> Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled</td></tr></tbody></table>

Typically, these workflows are associated with tasks.

- If a rep created a task, they can complete the task.
- If a supervisor created a task, reps can complete it after the supervisor releases the same. After releasing the task, the supervisor and the sales rep both sync their mobile devices. After the sales rep refreshes the cockpit, the task appears in the mobile app.

1. From the Tasks Overview, on the left pane, tap a task.
2. Tap **Complete**.
