# Add User Lists for Salesforce Calendar

Adding a user list to Salesforce Calendar lets sales managers see the visits assigned to their field reps. Sales managers can use this list to check the field reps’ availability before assigning a visit and avoid scheduling conflicts.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in Lightning Experience in <strong>Professional</strong>, <strong>Unlimited</strong>, and <strong>Enterprise</strong> Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Activity Settings, and then select **Add user lists to calendar views in Lightning Experience**.
2. Save your changes.
