# Address Customer Complaints about an Asset

When a customer has problems or concerns with an asset, create a customer task for the asset. This task can be executed during a visit.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Assets**.
2. Select an asset.
3. In the Customer Tasks related list, click **New**.
4. Select the record type as **Customer Task Editable**, and then click **Next**.
5. Enter the details for the customer task.
6. Save your changes.
