Configure up to four languages in Sales Org. Picklist values are translated in the
languages that you define in Sales Org.
Required Editions
Language added to the sales org language picklist.
The languages configured in sales org
take precedence over the default language of your company. For example, English, French,
Italian, and Spanish are configured in sales org and the company’s default language is German.
All UI labels are shown in English and not German.

From the App Launcher, find and select Sales Organization.

click Edit next to the sales org you want to add languages.

select the languages from the dropdown lists.

Save your changes.
