To get translations for picklist values, import the updated CSV localization files for Mobile App Picklist Mapping Extension and Data Type Option.

Note You can either manually enter the Mobile App Domain details or use dataloader.io to upload to Salesforce the domain file that you downloaded from Static Resource.
