# Edit Customer Sequence in Routes

Reorder the sequence of the customer in a route by providing the sequence number or use the drag-and-drop feature on the Edit Sequence page. Drivers execute the tasks and the visits for customers based on the customer sequence set in a route.

### Required Editions

Make sure that multiple customers are added to a route.

When you add customers to a route, the system automatically creates a corresponding visit for each customer in the route and associates it with the tour (by using route). To determine the customer sequence and visit sequence, manage the customer sequence in a route.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Routes**.
2. Select a relevant route and go to the **Related** tab.
3. Click **Edit Sequence**.
4. Provide or modify the sequence number in the Sequence field, and then save your changes.
    
    The sequence number must be unique and greater than zero.
