Sales folders can be defined for higher levels of a trade org hierarchy or for an org
unit, to make them available for relevant stores.
Required Editions
| Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and
Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

| To create a sales folder: |
CGCloud Business Admin
OR
CGCloud Retail Business Admin

From the App Launcher, find and select Sales Folder, and then click
New.

Enter name and description.

Select a sales folder template.
Depending on the template selected, the Customer or the Org Unit field is
displayed.

Save your changes.
