To update and match data with your existing records, create a formula field with a unique identifier in the Mobile App Picklist Mapping Extension object.

- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Object Manager, and then select Object Manager.
- Search for and select Mobile App Picklist Mapping Extension.
- Select Fields & Relationships.
- Click New.
- Select the Formula data type, and click Next.
- In Field Label and Field Name, enter localizationKey.
- Select the Text formula return type, and click Next.

Enter the formula, and click Next.
cgc_sync__ParentPicklist__r.cgc_sync__Object__c + '.' + cgc_sync__ParentPicklist__r.cgc_sync__Field__c + '.' + cgc_sync__Picklist_Value__c + '.' + TEXT(cgc_sync__Business_Area__c). - Select Visible for the profile that’s used to import the data (typically the System Administrator profile), and then click Next.
- Deselect the Add field checkbox, and save your changes.
