Create Listing Classifications

Create listing classifications to let users define listing modules for an account for each category in the customer data.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

User Permissions Needed
To create customer conditions:

CGCloud Sales User

OR

CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

  1. From App Launcher, find and select Customers.
  2. Select a customer.
  3. In the Listing Classifications related list, click New.
  4. Select a product category.
    One product category can be assigned to only one listing module.
  5. Select a listing module.
    When mapping listing modules to a product category, you can select only modules assigned to the selected account's relevant product assortments. The system determines valid product assortments based on the first-hit algorithm. Ensure that you select unique combinations of product category and listing module for a listing classification.
  6. Save your changes.
