Create Customer Templates

Use the dynamic customer templates to create customers and to improve accuracy of modified data.

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

To create customer templates:	CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin

From App Launcher, find and select Customer Templates, and then click New.

Provide these details:

Field	Description
Identification
Customer Template Name	Name of the customer template.
Active	Indicates if a template is active. You can use only active templates to create customers.
Initial Roles	Roles that a customer has initially. The options are: Customer Delivery Recipient Order Payer Store
Record Type	Defines a record type. Based on the record type settings on a user setup page, the field either autopopulates the value or shows a user-selected value.
Sales Org	Sales org of the customer template. This field is editable only during creation.
Description
Description Language 1/2/3/4	Description of a customer template in the languages configured for the sales org.
Calculation Settings
Available Product Level	Product levels for a customer. The options are: Category Sub Category Brand Sub Brand Product Price Group Note You can select up to four product levels for a customer template.
Plan Dependent KPI Set	KPI set used for defining KPI definitions in the account plan of a customer. Only KPI sets with value of the Usage field as Plan and the Child Object Dependency field as True are available for selection.
