# Create Customer Tasks

Use the Consumer Good Cloud offline mobile app to create customer tasks during visits. Supervisors can also create tasks for their sales reps to be performed during visits.

### Required Editions

1. From Customer Tasks Overview, tap **Add Customer Task**.
2. To select a customer, tap **Customer**.
3. To select a customer task type, tap **Customer Task Type**.
4. Enter a description.
5. Change the due date, if necessary. By default, the due date is the current date.
    
    If you change the due date to a future date, the task won’t appear on the Tasks card.
6. Tap **Create**.
