Create Customer Sets

Make administration easy by grouping customers into customer sets. For example, to associate a promotion to a large number of customers, create a customer set, and then assign the promotions to the set.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
User Permissions Needed
To create customer sets:

CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin

OR

CGCloud Supervisor OR CGCloud Retail Supervisor User

OR

CGCloud Sales Support
  1. From App Launcher, find and select Customer Sets, and then click New.
  2. Select a sales org for the customer set.
  3. Enter description
  4. Save your changes.
  • Add Customers to Customer Sets
    Add customers with similar requirements to a customer set. Always add customers from the same sales org as the customer set.
  • Add Managers to Customer Sets
    Assign managers to customer sets. The management relation between a user and a customer set has a validity period.
