# Make Operating Hours Editable for Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App

If you want field reps to update store operating hours so that they can plan store visits, set the Account\_Operating\_Hour\_Enabled system setting to True.

### Required Editions

Your users must have edit access to Operating Hours. To provide access to Operating Hours, see [Enable Sharing for Operating Hours](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.retail_task_admin_enable_sharing_operating_hours.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "To provide all users access to Operating Hours, update the default access levels for operating hours. By default, the access to operating hours objects is Private.").

To avoid overriding operating hours across linked accounts, we recommend that your users turn on operation hours only when they aren’t used across multiple accounts.

1. From Setup, find and select **Custom Settings**.
2. Click **System Setting**, and then click **Manage**.
3. For Account\_Operating\_Hour\_Enabled, click **Edit**.
4. Enter the value as True.
5. Save your changes.
