# Assign Job Definition Templates to Activity Templates

To create a job pool for a specific business purpose, assign job definition templates to activity templates. You can assign a job definition template to an activity template only one time.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience in <strong>Professional</strong>, <strong>Enterprise</strong>, and <strong>Unlimited</strong> Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled</td></tr></tbody></table>

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Activity Templates**.
2. Select an activity template.
3. In the Template Questions related list, click **New**.
4. Select a job definition template, and then save your changes.

    Note Ensure that the sales org of the template question and the activity template is the same.
