Add Customer Sets to an Activity

To add an activity to multiple customers quickly, add the relevant customer set to the activity. You can add a customer set to an activity only if Consider Customer Set is selected in the associated activity template. The Activity Customer Set related list shows records that link activities and customer sets.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled

User Permissions Needed
To add customer sets to activities:	CGCloud Supervisor OR CGCloud Retail Supervisor User AND CGCloud Retail User OR CGCloud Sales User OR CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

CGCloud Supervisor

CGCloud Retail Supervisor User AND CGCloud Retail User

CGCloud Sales User

CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

From the App Launcher, find and select Activities.
Select an activity.
In the Activity Customer Sets related list, click New.
Select a customer set.
Ensure that the sales org of a customer set and activity is the same. You can’t assign a customer set twice to an activity.
Save your changes.
