# Approve or Reject a Daily Report

Supervisors can review their reps’ daily reports whose status is Released, and can either approve or reject the reports.

### Required Editions

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Daily Reports**, and then select a report whose status is Released.
2. In the Approval History related list, for the reports whose status is Pending, click either **Approve**, or **Reject**.
    
    If you approve a report, the report can’t be further edited. If you reject a report, a sales rep can edit the report, and then resend the report for approval. If the workflow that's assigned to a daily report template requires no approval, then the report is auto-approved, and its state changes to Approved.
3. Enter any comments, if necessary.
