You can have up to 6 levels in a product hierarchy. When you add a level, it’s added to the Product Level picklist.

- From the object management settings for Product2, select Fields and Relationships.
- Click Product Level.

In the Values section, select New, and provide the values.
You can enter multiple values, each on a separate line
- Select the record types for the values.
- Save your changes.
