Create customer trade org hierarchies to better manage accounts.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
User Permissions Needed
To create customer conditions:

CGCloud Sales User

OR

CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

  1. From App Launcher, find and select Customers.
  2. Select a customer.
  3. In the Customer Trade Org Hierarchies related list, click New.
  4. Select parent and child customers.
  5. Enter the validity period for the hierarchy, and then save your changes.
